6. Mobile Food Permit (if you are a food vendor
with a vending trailer or truck)
If you would like to pay your Vendor
Registration with a credit card, please call the
Juab County Treasurers Office at (435)
623-3420. You will still need to email or mail
your Vendor Registration, W-9, Food Handlers and
Certificate of Insurance to
ANY APPLICATION SUBMITTED INCOMPLETE WILL BE
Vendors will be notified when their application
has been approved. NO LOUD MUSIC in the
Vendors Booths will be tolerated. The Juab
County Fairboard reserves the right to dismiss
anyone for non compliance of the rules.
ALL VENDORS MUST SET UP ON TUESDAY, AUGUST
2018 AT 5:00 PM
TO 7:00 PM. NO EXCEPTIONS. THIS IS DUE TO
Vendor spots are 12’-0” X 12’-0”. If your
trailer or booth is over 12’-0”, you must pay
for additional spots. This is the total length,
including hitches, bumpers, tongue etc.
Example: If your trailers total overall length
is 12’-1”, you must purchase 2 spots and so
